Instead, this diary entry is intended to be a little more personal. Like many other folks here, I have been looking for a job for a while and so the state of the economy takes on great significance to me.
When I hear the idiotic prattle of the "inside the beltway" Republicans who speak of the current economy as the "Goldilocks economy" (because it is just right) and brag about how we're approaching full employment, I want to throw something through the television.
I'm sure that I'm not alone in feeling this way, so I also hope that this diary entry can be useful for others who are in the same position and would like to vent.
